“ This place is kind of a hidden gem in my opinion. It has a nice outdoor seating area and spacious indoor dining area that is nicely decorated. Lots of tvs and full bar. The staff was very friendly and efficient. My server Jayda was very nice and knowledgeable about the food and she was attentive to the table. Now let me get to the food. The wings and catfish were both delicious. Wings were fried hard and not over seasoned. The Mac & cheese was a big hit. The collard greens were a little too salty but still good and the yams were just right and not overly sweet. All plates come with a sweet piece of cornbread which is more like cake but ok. The bathrooms were clean and did not have an odor.I would definitely return if in the area! ”

“ Had the pleasure of visiting Detroit and wanted to go to this restaurant from feedback received. Certainly was not disappointed. I ordered lamb chops, candied yams, chicken wings and Mac & cheese. The lamb chops had a unique mild sauce that was pleasing to taste. The Mac n cheese was excellent along with the yams. You can't go wrong with the chicken wings, it had the traditional southern taste finger licking good! I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the area! ”
